Frank Espinal

Born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Frank Espinal dedicated his life with a strategic approach to business and benevolence approach to community.   His family includes his wife Sandy of 30 years, two adult children and a grandchild.

Having worked his way up the ranks in healthcare and in the U.S. military, he understands and lives the principles of good leadership and integrity, which attribute to his personal and business successes.  As a private citizen, he worked for a Fortune 500 Healthcare company as a national director of revenue cycle management and financial sourcing for more than twenty years.  As a soldier and non-commissioned officer, he served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves/National Guard with mechanized infantry, armor, cavalry and combat engineer units.

Since retiring from his corporate and military life, Frank and his family moved to the Grand Strand in 2006 and began a new future that was built around community. He worked as a small business consultant prior to opening ShipOnSite in Surfside Beach in 2007.   His client portfolios included companies in the Flower Importing, HVAC Mechanical, Sign Manufacture, Fiberglass Marine Manufacturer, and Retail Grocers industries.

In the Grand Strand, Frank is known for his charitable contributions and support of several non-profit organizations.   The one that is more public is his support of the area animal shelters.  Since 2007 he has raised and distributed more than 61,000 pounds of pet food and supplies to the area animal shelters.  The shelters receiving the donations include; Waccamaw Animal Rescue Mission (W.A.R.M.), Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach, Coastal Animal Rescue, Grand Strand Humane Society and St. Francis Animal Shelter.   He has been the anchor business sponsor of the ‘Best Friend of the Week’ pet adoption program at Easy Radio 105.9/100.7 and The Tide 94.5.
